Local Host

                Local host will not help you much if you only use internet for browsing but it can help you much if you are web developer or a hacker. You can use local host my two softwares given below:

Both these tools almost have same functionality so it’s up to you to choose one. Some advantages of using local host are as follows:

1.       If you are a web developer and use tools like wordpress etc. then surely you might have wasted a lot of time testing plugins and themes on website. This can result in high consumption of internet. So solution is the local host where you can install wordpress and other softwares and you can easily test plugins etc. You will also feel free as any mistake won’t cause problem in your website as you are testing everything in your own computer not on the internet.

2.      If you are a hacker then I’ll advise you not to begin with hacking websites directly. If you want to test your attacks against some website, you can download the whole website via HTTrack and then you can test your tools like Burp Suite etc. It will act like internet where you can view HTTP requests on your tools. You can easily configure proxy to intercept responses.

3.       You can review and improve your website by first testing everything of it in the local host so it will turn into a revision of website before uploading to internet.
